Book accommodations, coordinated transportation and ensure that all details are taken care of.

Constança Silva Nunes
I started my professional career in the restaurant industry around
20 years ago.
I have worked in hotels and restaurants of various types and concepts, including restaurants whose objective was to obtain a Michelin Star rating, which was achieved twice.
I participate in the organization and implementation of Exclusive Services, thus maintaining my taste for challenges, which is natural for those who work directly with customer service.
At the same time, I teach the subject of Food and Beverage in the University of Hospitality and Tourism and also in a Professional Course at High School.
The quality of service provided, the quality of food and the quality of the customer experience are priorities for the success of my training.

I started my journey in the hotel industry in 2009 in which I continue to work in the Accommodation area.
Proud of having been part of Reception teams in Hotels of different categories, since 2016 I have been working in the 5-star category, currently as Front-Office Manager.
The demand of excellence in service has always motivated me since the beginning and has accompanied me since then.
That demand is, according to the Leading Hotels of the World and its high standards of service, a brand that really motivates me to be demanding with myself and the teams who I work with.
I have been envolved in several Front-Office procedures as well as Service Excellence in four of the main Portuguese hotel groups.
I am always confident in meeting the expectations and preferences of each client and, whenever possible, exceeding them.
